For children there is a play area and a typically French ‘boules’ pitch. The development backs onto an estuary with footpaths to the beach and ports of Cabourg. Each town house has either a balcony or small garden area for outside dining. There is enclosed parking at extra charge for residents and a laundry facility available. This lovely 3 bedroom accommodation is all similar in quality and style and decorated in a modern and contemporary fashion comprising comfortable living/dining areas with double sofa bed, TV and wi fi access. Fully equipped kitchen area with electric hob, small oven and dishwasher. All units also have hairdryers. Accommodation comprises Bed 1: double. Bed 2: double (can be 2 singles on request).
