Review this store Feel Free Hoseasons Ideal for both families and golfers, these attractive, modern linked houses are just 15 min walk from the charming La Duquesa Marina, with its extensive selection of bars and restaurants. The marina is a great place to sit and watch the world go by, but is thankfully a little less expensive than its more famous cousin, Puerto Banus! The nearest beach is just 5 min drive away, whilst Duquesa golf course is 10 min walk (we can either book tee times in advance for you, or the local office will be pleased to assist during your stay). The nearest shops are in Sabinillas (10 min drive) whilst Estepona and Marbella are both easily reached by car. Each house at La Duquesa has been very tastefully decorated in a bright, modern style, and is superbly equipped, with air conditioning and heating throughout (at no extra charge). There are spacious lawned gardens and two swimming pools (18m x 10m and 12m x 6m, depths 1.5m to 1.7m and 1m to 1.7m) for guests’ enjoyment. Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. One double, one twin and one single bedroom, plus three bathrooms with either bath or shower/wc. Ground floor furnished terrace, plus a first floor balcony. A fold up bed can be provided for a 6th person (which must be a child aged 12 years or under). Weekly cleaning and linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day. £329.00
