Wonderful walking country, and centrally placed for visits to many Loire ch teaux. Famous Villandry gardens 18 km, or wine-tasting at Vouvray 14 km. International airports: Tours 10 km/Poitiers 105 km, or Paris CDG 1hr 25 min by TGV to Tours. Peaceful, south-facing C18th farmhouse adjoining owners' home with use of its 2 hectare beautiful flower and tree-filled park. Wonderful views across sweeping lawns to the Loire, and a 200m walk around the garden to the pool, 14 x 6 x 0.9-2.6m depth with security immersion alarm and diving board (not for clients use). The pool is also sometimes used by owner's family. Swing, trapeze and table tennis in clients' area of garden and large lawn area for games in front of owners' house. BBQ.
